What is biltong and how is it different from jerky?
Biltong is a traditional South African dried meat snack that's air-dried and cured with vinegar and spices. Unlike jerky which is cooked or smoked, biltong is never heated, giving it a unique tender texture and authentic flavour.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, Europe takes 5-10 business days, North America 7-14 business days, and the rest of the world 10-21 business days. We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
How should I store my biltong and droewors?
Keep your biltong and droewors in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container or resealable bag. For longer storage, you can refrigerate it to maintain freshness.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on biltong, droewors, and other snacks for food safety reasons. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us at garethrichardson140@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Yes! We ship to 41 countries worldwide including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and throughout Europe and Asia. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
